Spiced Pot Roast recipe
Ingredients:
1 boneless beef chuck.
1 chopped onion.
1 clove crushed garlic.
¼ cup of water.
4 dried shiitake mushrooms without stems, crumbled and rinsed.
¼ cup of dry red wine.
3 tablespoons of water.
2 tablespoons of corn flour.
2 tablespoons of mustard.
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
½ teaspoon of salt.
1/8 teaspoon of pepper.
Preparation Instructions:
Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper.
Place in the crock cooker/pot with vegetables.
Using a blender combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the meat.
Cover and cook on a low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
