Cranberry Pot Roast recipe

Ingredients:

4 lb boneless pork roast.
Salt and pepper.
1 cup of finely chopped cranberries.
¼ cup of honey.
1 teaspoon of grated orange peel.
Pinch of ground cloves.
Pinch of ground nutmeg.

Preparation Instructions:

Sprinkle the pork pot roast with salt and pepper.

Place in 4 ½ quart slow cooker.

Combine all of the remaining ingredients and pour over roast.

Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.
